Location is excellent for me, a short walk away from my family, but not useful to visit Madrid. It is easy to park either in the street or in the convenient underground parking (extra cost). A few restaurants around but opening times not great (11am for breakfast/ brunch, for example). Good Internet connection though yoi have to frequently reconnect by providing your email. Loved the hard bed.

The hotel is located in a building with several restaurants. It is so convenient. The breakfast spread is delicious and the beds are comfortable. Lovely staff, both at the breakfast restaurant and at reception.

Friendly reception, Super clean rooms, plenty of towels etc, good air conditioning, delicious breakfast. Great restaurants on the location as well. In all, fabulous.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time back in 2017, and now in June 2022 it is still as good as the other time. Ana at the reception is absolutely amazing.

The location was perfect for me . Staff at reception where wonderful , spoke English and the ladies that did the room where excellent .
